Website and Marketing Communication for the "ASKÖ Boxclub Integration Wien"

Task: help the club attract new members.
The ASKÖ Boxclub Integration Wien is part of the Vienna Regional Association ASKÖ WAT Wien. It was founded by professional boxer and coach Vasily Kvasha in 2015. Today, boys and girls aged 6 to 18 train at the club.
The first step was to develop a website. The site provides detailed information to parents about how the training sessions are organized and who is training the children. Today, the website consistently generates 1−3 leads per day.
The first step was to develop a website. The site provides detailed information to parents about how the training sessions are organized and who is training the children. Today, the website consistently generates 1−2 inquiries per day. The website is available in four languages.
According to statistics, over 75% of users access the website from mobile devices. In 2025, it’s almost redundant to discuss the need for a responsive mobile version.

Since the club trains not only young athletes but also children and teenagers, I created a playful mascot for the club, Asik, who serves as an inspiration. He could have stayed in the circus, but he chose freedom. As a communication element, he appears on the club’s promotional materials.
The second step was filling the Instagram account — another communication channel for the club to engage with potential members. It was decided to fill the feed with a collage featuring vibrant boxing gear and motivational quotes.
