Opening and Support of the Lexus Dealership in Kharkiv

Task: open and bring marketing life to the dealership center.
The task was to launch the Lexus dealership in Kharkiv and establish a strong and sustainable marketing presence for the brand. This included developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the first years of the conceptual showroom.
It all began with the Grand opening. I organized a private event for over 200 high-profile guests to introduce the dealership. The evening featured performances by the queen of Ukrainian pop, Svetlana Loboda, top illusionists the Safronov Brothers, and the musical group Lafesta Music Project.
After the launch, the marketing activities continued: monthly test drive events, new model presentations, and local partnerships. As the head of marketing, I oversaw both offline and online campaigns, managed PR in the press, and took care of many details to ensure the full operation of the dealership.
